Design Journey
This project required building everything from motion graphics to responsive web designs, with a focus on clear messaging to increase awareness of the program.
For the final capstone project at Fanshawe, my group partnered with WILL Employment Solutions to strengthen the communication and employer facing materials for their ICAP program. For my part, I helped lead the early rebrand of the program, shaping a name and identity that were more digestible and aligned with WILL’s commitment to meaningful employment and workplace diversity: WILLGrow. From there, I translated complex program details into concise, accessible content that highlighted the real benefits for employers without overwhelming them.
Across campaign assets, branding, and written messaging, I emphasized clarity, consistency, and strong visual hierarchy so employers could quickly grasp the program’s purpose and value. I aligned every piece with WILL’s established tone, ensuring the materials supported their broader goals of increasing awareness, improving employer engagement, and reinforcing their leadership within Ontario’s employment sector.
